Oregon Oldtime Fiddlers District 4 Scholarship Application Form
Current members of OOTFA District 4 are eligible to apply for scholarship reimbursement for attending authorized instrument training such as the OOTFA West Cascades Fiddle Camp. The procedure is to apply in advance and, once the application has been approved, attend the camp and then request reimbursement. The scholarship student is expected to participate in OOTFA activities several times once he or she has returned from training.
